Highly recommended! From the start, Danielle was responsive and helped us book a beach vacation to Hawaii with a short lead time of one month. When the tragic fires swept through Maui within 24 hours of our departure, Danielle was the first to alert us. She was so empathetic to the situation on hand, helped us pivot, and quickly booked a new trip to Puerto Rico with flights leaving the next day. Her experience and knowledge within the travel industry really stood out. Danielle was available and in touch with us throughout our stay, which gave us a lot of comfort that we were in good hands. We can't thank Danielle Dybiec enough for making our honeymoon to Paris absolutely perfect! Our trip to Italy, organized by Nine Muses Travel Agency, was spectacular! Every detail was perfectly planned, making our experience smooth, exciting, and truly unforgettable. We toured Venice, Florence and Rome. Every destination felt like a dream come to life. The accommodations were charming and comfortable, and our guides were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Italy’s rich history and culture. I can't say enough positive things about working with Danielle. She's super patient, very enthusiastic, connected, and really knows how to help curate a special vacation. And did I mention patient? Sometimes I can't decide what I want to do, and I've been known to make last minute changes. She goes along with it all, never misses a beat, and goes the extra length to make sure it's all perfect. She even once intervened mid-vacation when a blip arose related to a tour group overcharging us. She ironed it out for us, ensured things went according to plan, and we got a refund.

We used Nine Muses Travel to book our honeymoon trip and are truly blown away! We had the most beautiful and magical trip to Italy and Spain - Danielle booked us the most incredible hotels, as well as both group and private tours, cooking classes, wine tasting, etc. She made the entire process seamless and all we had to do was just get excited, show up, and enjoy. From the beginning, Danielle was attentive to our wants and needs of the trip and created an itinerary combining all of the elements we wanted. We were also able to see the itinerary along with all tickets/passes on an app on our phones which was so convenient. Additionally, our flight out got cancelled, and Danielle was messaging us and helping us along the way so much with rebooking things, filing claims etc. that we did not have to feel stressed at all, only sad that were were missing a day. We cannot wait to book another trip with Nine Muses!

Dani at Nine Muses Travel really handled a weather crisis for me over Christmas, when she was at home with her family! I was scheduled to fly from sunny Bozeman, Montana, on 12/26 into a sleet storm on the East Coast. United Airlines alerted me to the weather and invited me to change my flight date. I was deep in Yellowstone National Park with very limited cell or wifi service. Texts and emails between Dani and me were often delayed. I couldn't download anything. Dani had to handle it all—and, let me repeat, this was on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when she had to go to work for me! She changed my flights to 12/27 and had to scurry to find me a viable hotel room near the Bozeman airport. I suspect I wasn't the only Christmas client she had to re-route, given that the storm affected DC, Philadelphia, and NYC.

Danielle at Nine Muses Travel is an amazing agent! She planned a great honeymoon for my wife and I, and didn't hesitate to tweak our itinierary as many times as we wanted to make sure the trip was perfect. She planned excursions for us that felt personalized and intimate, and she booked us at hotels that were perfect for our honeymoon. She was communicative before and during our honeymoon and made sure everything was perfect. We definitely recommend using Nine Muses Travel!

Danielle at Nine Muses travel helped my wife and I to have the dream honeymoon in Japan which we had been planning since before the pandemic. Danielle was extremely flexible and helped us a trip that was extremely specific and catered to our interests. I tend to be an over-planner and little bit of a worrywart and Danielle was patient and available throughout the entire planning process fielding all of my questions and requests for various phone meetings. When the trip actually began it was wonderful to have Danielle back at home and on call for us 24-7 to ensure that everything went smoothly, which it indeed did. Danielle Dybiec of Nine Muses Travel is a fantastic travel consultant and genuinely caring person. During our first conversation with Danielle, my mother and I felt like we were already on vacation! She really listened to how we imagined our trip, and immediately found an amazing deal on a wonderful Danube River cruise! She offered great suggestions for the rest of our vacation and never missed a beat when we changed our minds several times. Danielle knew I had always planned my own trips before and that I would be very hands on. She provided excellent options for flights, hotels, itineraries and activities that were much better than what I came up with. She got us discounts with trip insurance, reminded us about other administrative tasks we needed to do, and gave great packing tips. We were confident that she would resolve any issues that might come up before or during our trip - fortunately we had none. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Danielle and have already told my friends to call her. I can’t wait to plan my next trip with her!
